Executive Committee:
  • Made up of the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Secretary
  • Oversees Financials & Personnel with guidance from the full Board

Fundraising Committee:
  • Works to develop community fundraisers and other partnerships with local businesses
  • Provide ideas to the board on how to raise funds
  • Builds and implements our sponsorship program(s)

Legacy Program Committee:
  • Runs and oversees the Legacy Program components (sign in, name tags, boards)
  • Oversees, coordinates & schedules volunteers for Legacy Program (sign up genius)
  • 1 person from committee will be at start and finish of each rehearsal (or find a representative to do it)
  • Communicate with Production crew to stay apprised of needs for program
  • Build relationships with the participant families and act as a liason to the production team

Community Outreach & Promotions Committee:
  • Plans, promotes and organizes events
  • Plans and coordinates press within the community to showcase and promote CPA
  • Coordinates with other business(es) for opportunities
  • Attends and plans fairs and other events to advance CPA’s community outreach
  • Network with the community - includes attending networking groups like Chamber & Rotary

  • Organizes, plans and facilitates events

  • Producer would serve on this committee
  • Strategize with the director(s) to support programming
  • Generate program ideas
  • Coordinate volunteer needs
  • Train, mentor, and support Producers
